SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Lanhee Chen, an academic and former policy advisor for Republican candidates including 2012 GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney, announced Tuesday he’s running for California controller. The controller is the state’s chief fiscal officer.
