Here are the criteria to qualify for the second GOP presidential debate

Qualifications for GOP presidential debate tightened; fewer candidates expected. RNC now requires 50,000 unique donors (increase from 40,000) and 3% support in two national polls or one national plus two early state polls. Disputes over recognized polls; Suarez, Elder, Johnson claimed qualification but RNC rejected their polls. Candidates must meet requirements 48 hours before debate; also sign RNC’s loyalty pledge. DeSantis, Ramaswamy, Pence, Haley, Scott, Christie qualified. Trump qualified but will skip, speak to Detroit autoworkers instead. Burgum, Hutchinson qualified for first debate but not yet for next. Debate hosted by Fox Business Network, Univision, Rumble.
