Control of the U.S. Senate could come down to a close Pennsylvania Senate race between Democratic Lt. Gov. John Fetterman and Republican nominee Mehmet Oz, where outside groups have spent $130.9 million in the general election alone, according to an OpenSecrets analysis of federal campaign finance.
