Undated mail-in ballots will not count in 2022, Pa. Supreme Court rules HARRISBURG, Pa. — County boards of elections will not be allowed to count any absentee or mail-in ballots contained in undated or incorrectly dated outer envelopes, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.
