BREAKING: Kris Kobach, Trump ally and Kan. secretary of state, recuses himself from vote counting in his own GOP primary vs. Gov. Jeff Colyer. Kobach said Thursday night that the move will be “symbolic,” adding that counties do the work of counting ballots, the Associated Press reported.
